Amanda

Overview: As a Certified Professional Behavioral and Values Analyst, Amanda conducts consultation sessions with individuals and teams in the financial services industry to help them with their team development initiatives. Focused on the ‘people side’ of the business, her primary expertise is in identifying each individual’s natural strengths and motivators to better define roles and responsibilities, help manage and motivate team members, increase effective communication, and enhance overall team performance. She also identifies possible gaps of coverage within existing team structures and evaluates potential teams and partnership viability.

Amanda joined Paragon Resources in 2000. She attended college in Virginia and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1994. She earned her CPBA/CPVA designations from Target Training International in 2001. Although she’s been an Atlanta resident for more than ten years, Amanda often travels back to Virginia where she continues to instruct a very successful high school sports team.
